What data we process
Only what you send us through the form: name, e-mail and message.
Purpose and legal basis
Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of your consent in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processor
The form delivers the message through Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Data may be processed outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Retention
At most 3 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded; with a contract, for the statutory periods.
When you use Gridzilla
We process data from your devices (production, consumption, state of charge, temperatures, the car's charge state), tariff data and your settings in order to plan and control. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends, then delete or anonymise it. The AI advisor runs on our own servers. If you connect manufacturer services (for example Tesla, Viessmann ViCare, TECH eModul, Victron VRM), data is exchanged with their cloud under their terms.

Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a supervisory authority, for example the Slovak one (dataprotection.gov.sk) or the one in your country of residence.
